4 Tire Inflate/Deflate AirKits

Assembled in house here in Texas, we use high quality brass manifolds, Heavy Duty locking air chucks, highly flexible 3/8" ID hybrid braided hoses, and an industry standard lighted digital gauge. Carrying/storage bag is also included.

We offer 2 AirKits, each with 2 options:

UltraKit comes with Blue ultra hybrid  3/8” rubber hose.

ProKit comes with Genuine FlexZilla® Proair 3/8”:polymer hose in ZillaGreen™.

HotEnd ™ option replaces one of the far end air chucks with a Quick disconnect. You can then choose to either connect the air chuck, or the included air gun. The air gun is useful for filling inflatables, cleaning debris off gear, or cleaning your air filters of dust after a long trail ride. This allows you to eliminate carrying extra hoses and free up valuable storage space. We are currently the only company offering this option. 

Works with all standard portable/mounted offroad air compressors (ARB, Smittybuilt, Viair, CO2 kits, etc), as well as all HyperHero air relocation kits. Each kit is pressure tested to 90PSI when assembled.

Deflate, Inflate, and Equalize air pressure in all 4 tires, all at once. Or attach a variety of air accessories when you choose the HotEnd™ option.

Types of uses:

– Air 1 to 4 tires simultaneously (Less runtime with your compressor)
– Air down 1 to 4 tires simultaneously (Less time on the side of the trail)
– Check all of the tires’ PSI from the manifold (No more continuously checking PSIs on each tire)
– Equalize tire pressures with ease.

 This system fits Cherokee KL and all similar wheelbase (up to 130” wheelbase) with the air source in the middle of the front (engine bay or on the ground)or rear bumper area. An optional 6 foot lead hose is available to purchase separately if your compressor is in a fixed position located in the engine bay, or you have the gas door air relocation kit installed. If lead hose is purchased, it will be loaded into your hose bag before shipping.
